Maximum Style

Maxi dresses have made a comeback for spring/summer 2011 and they are such an easy go to outfit for women of all ages and heights.  They come in a variety of prices points, are super comfortable, and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. I prefer muted solid colors but there are so many other options including bright colors, stripes, floral, bohemian, and Ikat prints. They look great with strappy wedges, sandals, or even flats. Add some layered jewelry and a hobo or slouchy bag to complete the look. It was hard to select just 8 dresses but here are a few of my favorites.

I have been surprised by the versatility of the maxi dress! As a shorter woman, I wasn't sure I could pull them off, but I ended up really liking the look. You have a good selection there - I am kind of in love with the last ikat print dress (One by Line and Dot). So pretty!
