About Naina
Naina is a Washington D.C. based fashion stylist, style expert, and founder of CAPSULE. Naina also has a Doctorate in Pharmacy and currently works as a Senior Medical Scientific Manager in the Dermatology field.
Naina's career didn't start out in fashion, but it's informed so much of her personal and professional style. Naina graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. and Doctorate in Pharmacy and she has worked as a professional in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry for the past 15 years. Naina is also a wife and mother of an 9 year old girl.
In 2010 Naina started her blog STYLE'N as a hobby and creative outlet but after 2 years Naina took a break from her full time job in the Biotech world and transitioned STYLE'N into a full service fashion and personal styling business. During this time Naina has written several articles on fashion, hosted local fashion shows, collaborated with major brands, and has appeared as a style expert in numerous TV style segments. {see more here}
Naina's latest fashion venture is CAPSULE. Through styling women over the past several years Naina has found that all of her clients have the same issues with their wardrobes- they are missing key essentials {think the perfectly fitted trench coat, a fabulous pair of pumps, a versatile little black dress, just to name a few.} CAPSULE was created so Naina could extend her reach beyond personal styling sessions and share the CAPSULE concept with women all across the globe. Giving Back To the Community
Naina believes giving back is among one of the most important and valuable things an entrepreneur can do. She has partnered with the International nonprofit organization Dress For Success to provide styling services and other assistance to disadvantaged women who are are entering the workforce and are committed to taking charge of their lives. As a client at STYLE'N you can also get involved with this amazing organization by donating professional attire to these women. Your donations will allow these disadvantaged women to look stylish and most importantly feel confident!
