Memorial Day Weekend
This weekend was full of good times with friends and family. We spent much of the weekend grilling out, relaxing, and just eating too much food.

I debated whether to review undies for this blog. But, honestly these Lacey Lulu hotshorts available in lots of fun colors at Lululemon are worth mentioning. They are super soft, comfortable, and don't show lines when worn under workout pants or any other pants. I bought one pair and had to go back and get two more. Yes, they are $14.00 each but so worth it!
Ariyana is almost 2 1/2 years old and overall she really is a sweet, happy, and well behaved child. But, occasionally she displays qualities commonly referred to as "terrible twos!"
I broke down and bought a book on this topic thinking any advice and help on this would be welcome. After reviewing some potential books on Amazon, I settled on the book Making the "Terrible" Twos Terrific. Let's see if this book gives me any insight into the Toddler Mind.
Here she is refusing to get off the bike
But now she is all happy and fine 1 minute later. I think maybe my husband bribed her with Kit Kat or as Ariyana would say "Kick Kack"
My latest workout involves 2-3 sessions per week of Core Fusion. I have been running, doing pilates, and yoga for a long time but when I heard about Core Fusion I had to try it and now I am addicted. Core Fusion is a fusion of yoga, pilates, core conditioning, and interval carido training. This workout is so challenging and amazing. The best part of going to Core at Exhale is hitting the eucalyptus steam and rainfall shower afterwards.
Core Fusion is offered by Exhale MindBody Spa in several cities across the US. Try it out if it's offered in your city or check out the DVD's available on their website.
